I'm posting tonight a simple update blog for the project.


 

I've come to a head with Society6 as a product outlet for purchasing items with my images on them. The site recently announced a paid plan system which (unless I pay premiums) will reduce my available storefront space to 10 images maximum.

The site has also been a low performer with minimal sales of products, being outpaced by Shutterstock by quite a margin.

Thus, as of tonight (Nov. 18th, 2023), I have shut down the Society6 storefront. I will look into other options for free product sales or, at a minimum, Art Print sales. My current schedule does not allow me to try bringing Spiritbridge into the Art Show scene by selling prints at booths. So, I will need Online options for now.

I'll update again once an option is found. Suggestions are welcome as well.
